Alex Fank started in Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, moved to Buenos Aires to study at Escuela de Música Contemporánea (Berklee International Network) and TECSON, and later trained at Drummers Collective in New York.
Over more than a thousand shows he has played stages across Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Spain, and Switzerland — Montreux Jazz Festival, Lollapalooza Argentina, Cosquín Rock, and others.
He currently works as Playback Engineer on Trueno's El Último Baile World Tour, travelling across Latin America, the United States, and Europe.
Outside of touring he runs Fankhaüs, his Buenos Aires–based mixing and mastering studio, and co-founded Rentadrum, a drum rental and tuning service for recording studios.
